Adform Interiors built and implemented United Technologies Research Center’s designs for a 60,000 square feet project which consisted of three phases. Phase III consisted of modernizing bathroom facilities with vivid colors and textures. The breakroom was updated with an urban look and feel. New flooring with a light wood color brightened the space and allowed for the white and orange chairs to pop. The overall feel of the breakroom allowed for simplicity with a bit of marketplace vibe. The exterior staircase consisted of architectural design built with industrial steel. Overhang provides all weather access.
