The new headquarters of award winning software company, Slack, feature a multi-level open plan design bursting with natural light. A variety of dynamic spaces enhance flexibility and agile working, allowing employees to share and interact with each other.
Focused on openness and transparency with a strong sense of security, the new workplace transitioned to a fully open plan environment where even the CEO sits out in the open floor. The Workspace48 products were the perfect look and budget that Mimecast was looking for!
Featuring Clear Design’s new Raw steel finish with Wilsonart’s Old Mill Oak laminate surfaces, Taskus’s space was designed to create a modern, industrial aesthetic that’s tied into the building’s historical roots. Accommodating up to 350 people, the focus was not only on employee attraction, retention, and wellness, but also on the overall office flow, project turnaround time, and unique office furniture ideas and layouts.
For the new space, AIS donated panel systems, Benching, Conference Tables, Private Offices, and a wide array of seating. “AIS hopes that having a newly furnished office space will enhance the organization’s mission to provide life-changing wishes in the lives of children with critical illnesses,” AIS President and CEO Bruce Platzman said.
Spacestor provided a run of matching phonebooths for focused individual work, as well as 4-seater and 6-seater railway carriages for smaller groups to use; all upholstered in harmonious green Heineken tones of course. The result is a more sociable, interactive office in which every member of staff can find their happy places.
AIS, along with other manufacturers, was chosen to showcase Vertex’s capabilities and product quality for their temporary space until their new building is ready. For this project, AIS utilized the Matrix and Calibrate products to provide customized workspaces for Vertex.
Adobe’s office was designed to be future-proof, agile and readily adaptable to the changing demands of a fast-growing tech company. The 7th floor was made into more of a social space with table tennis, video games and lots of multipurpose meeting areas – it’s here that Spacestor fitted out four of their bestselling Railway Carriages in green and red-orange, providing quieter spaces within the completely open-plan offices for more intimate meetings and conversations.
As a unique height-adjustable benching solution designed for a modern open space plan, AIS Aloft benching system was chosen for True Fit’s open plan areas paired with Calibrate in private offices to accommodate a wide-range of users. The blend of AIS Aloft and Calibrate storage components provided the flexibility and varied storage vital to the environment.
AIS provided acoustically enhanced quiet working pods – Railway Carriage – in an array of vibrant colours to reflect Headspace’s vibe. Their aim in designing this workspace to help employees be more energised and focused, with the intention for people to move around the office more often.
Spacestor was the obvious preferred supplier for Cigna’s 33,000 sq ft office relocation to the landmark Grosvenor building in Glasgow. Spacestor delivered an ‘on budget’ solution incorporating some of the key collaboration pieces such as the Snugglestor unit on each of the 4 floors.
