The manufacturing plant in South Carolina, re-designed a 20,000 ft2 space, which included a large cafeteria, several adjoining rooms, and part of a warehouse. The company wanted a space that better met the needs of its hybrid workforce.

The company’s real estate team created collaboration zones and multifunction spaces by exchanging old cafeteria tables and chairs for a variety of new banquet/bench seating, high-top tables, café tables and chairs, and more.

Flexible Workspace Finishing
