Exterior & Interior Improvements for ADA compliance

Challenge:

Addressing ADA compliance issues.

Solution:

Exterior addition of a new canopy was added at each entry as well as interior renovations on each entry hall’s vestibule and security lobby.

Overview:

Exterior improvements included the construction of a new cantilevered entry canopy over each main entrance, installation of new exterior signage and emergency lighting for egress and infrastructure for a future card access system.

Interior renovations started with selective demolition of existing exterior and interior entry doors and other features, and included the construction of new exterior and interior entry doors, floor finishes and wall paint, as well as new acoustic ceiling pads and LED lighting.
