A global industrial manufacturing and services company re-designed a 20,000ft2 space at its plant in South Carolina, which included a large cafeteria, several adjoining rooms, and part of a warehouse. The Fortune 500 company wanted a space that better met the needs of its hybrid workforce.
The company’s real estate team created collaboration zones and multifunction spaces by exchanging old cafeteria tables and chairs for a variety of new banquet/bench seating, high-top tables, café tables and chairs, and more.
